We are pleased to inform investors that on 21 February 2022, the Magyar Nemzeti Bank approved the Prospectus for the listing of 125,000,000 ordinary shares of Delta Technologies, each with a par value of HUF 0.78.
Pursuant to the decision, the shares of Delta Technologies Plc. will shortly be admitted to trading on the BSE spot market.
