He graduated with a degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting. He began his professional career in auditing at KPMG, then spent nearly ten years in the banking sector at Merkantil Bank, where, as Head of Risk Management, he was responsible for domestic operations as well as for building and managing foreign leasing companies as part of the OTP Group’s international expansion. He joined the Delta Group in 2014 as Director of Controlling.
In 2017, he became Chief Financial Officer of the Delta Group, and in 2020 he was appointed Deputy CEO for Finance. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Group Plc. since July 29, 2020.
He holds degrees in Engineering and Finance. He began his career as a Systems Engineer and later worked as Director of System Integration. He joined Delta Informatika Zrt. nearly 20 years ago, where he served as both the professional and administrative head of the System Integration Division until 2010.
Since 2010, he has been the Managing Director of Delta Systems Kft., and since 2015, he has also held the position of Chief Technical Officer of the Delta Group.

Róbert Bakos was born on June 18, 1975, in Jászberény.
He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miskolc in 2001.
He has more than 25 years of professional and managerial experience. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in the telecommunications and IT sectors, holding strategic and advisory positions in both the private and public sectors.
1994-2014 he worked at Invitel Távközlési Szolgáltató Zrt., where he held several managerial positions. His last position was Head of Network Development, Planning, and Investment Department.
2014-2016 he served as Deputy Division Director at Magyar Telekom Plc.
2016-2020 he worked for state-owned companies in positions such as Deputy Technical CEO and Presidential Advisor.
During this period, he held roles at organizations including MVMNET and KIFÜ.
2020he joined the Delta team as Deputy CEO for Technical Affairs.
