He graduated with a degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting. He began his professional career in auditing at KPMG, then spent nearly ten years in the banking sector at Merkantil Bank, where, as Head of Risk Management, he was responsible for domestic operations as well as for building and managing foreign leasing companies as part of the OTP Group’s international expansion. He joined the Delta Group in 2014 as Director of Controlling.

In 2017, he became Chief Financial Officer of the Delta Group, and in 2020 he was appointed Deputy CEO for Finance. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Group Plc. since July 29, 2020.

He holds degrees in Engineering and Finance. He began his career as a Systems Engineer and later worked as Director of System Integration. He joined Delta Informatika Zrt. nearly 20 years ago, where he served as both the professional and administrative head of the System Integration Division until 2010.

Since 2010, he has been the Managing Director of Delta Systems Kft., and since 2015, he has also held the position of Chief Technical Officer of the Delta Group. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Group Plc. since December 11, 2019.

He holds degrees in Economics and IT Systems Engineering. He has gained several decades of experience in the field of commerce at various companies. In 2001, he joined Delta Informatika Zrt. as Head of Sales. Due to his expertise and strong leadership skills, he was appointed Deputy CEO for Commercial Affairs at Delta Informatika Zrt. in 2012.

He has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Group Plc. since December 11, 2019.

Róbert Bakos was born on June 18, 1975, in Jászberény.

He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miskolc in 2001.

He has more than 25 years of professional and managerial experience. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in the telecommunications and IT sectors, holding strategic and advisory positions in both the private and public sectors.

After obtaining his degree in Economics, he worked at Porsche Hungária Kft. as Fleet Sales Manager, and later at Nashuatec Mezon Kft., a predecessor company of the Delta Group, where he held a commercial management position for several years.

In 2002, he became Sales Director of Delta Informatika Zrt., and since 2012 he has been serving as CEO of Delta Informatika Zrt. and Managing Director of Delta Services Kft. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Group Plc. since December 11, 2019.

He currently serves as Director of Capital Markets and ESG at Delta Technologies Plc., where he is also responsible for Investor Relations. He has been with the company since 2021.

Previously, he worked as Director of Premium Banking at SPB Investment Ltd., where he was responsible for building the premium business division. Before that, he spent nearly ten years as Deputy CEO of CODEX Securities and Depository Ltd., and began his professional career in 1997 at Dunainvest Securities Ltd.

He holds a degree in Economics from the Budapest Business University. As a lecturer and examiner, he also participates in capital market training programs organized by the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB).

He began his career in 1998 in the investment fund management sector at CIB Fund Management, where he served as Managing Director from 1999 to 2002. From 2002, he was Head of Sales at OTP Fund Management, and in 2005 he was appointed CEO. As Head of Regional Asset Management Operations of the OTP Bank Group, he was responsible for establishing and integrating the Group’s asset and fund management companies in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, and Ukraine into the operations of the local subsidiary banks.

Between 2008 and 2010, he served as President of the Hungarian Association of Investment Fund and Asset Management Companies (BAMOSZ), representing the domestic industry in the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA). He spent four years at KELER, first as Director of Strategy and Client Relations, later as a Member of the Board and Deputy CEO responsible for banking operations. He holds a degree in International Trade and is a Certified Economist, having graduated from Janus Pannonius University.

Since 2021, he has been leading the equity financing activities of Eximbank and currently serves as Deputy CEO of EXIM Invest Zrt., a member of the National Capital Holding.

He is a Board Member and Partner at Apelso Trust, with 25 years of experience in private banking and 20 years in senior banking management. He has held various positions at Raiffeisen Private Banking, a pioneer in the Hungarian market, and at BNP Paribas Wealth Management, one of the global leaders in the industry.

Under his leadership, Erste Private Banking became one of the leading private banking providers in Hungary.

Between 2018 and 2022, he was based in Vienna, where he was responsible first for the Group Private Banking operations of Erste Group, and later for those of Raiffeisen International. Committed to advancing succession management services in Hungary, he co-founded the Association for Succession Management (GaUE) in 2021 together with other senior executives, and has served as its President since its establishment.

He holds a degree in Economics, having earned his first diploma in 2003 from the Budapest Business School. After graduation, he spent several years working in public administration, during which he obtained a postgraduate qualification as an Economist specialized in European Union Studies. In 2007, he joined NIDEC, a Japanese-owned multinational company manufacturing electric motors, where he initially served as Head of Controlling and later as Chief Financial Officer.

He joined the Delta Group in 2017 as Director of Controlling and has been serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2021.

She began her professional career at Coopers and Lybrand Könyvvizsgáló Kft., the predecessor of today’s PwC, where she gained experience in accounting and taxation as an auditor. From 1996 to 1999, she worked as Chief Accountant at Hypo Securities Hungaria Rt., where her responsibilities included establishing and managing the company’s entire accounting and financial organization. Between 1999 and 2001, she served as Chief Financial Officer at MKB Securities and Investment Ltd., overseeing finance and accounting operations, securities settlement, back-office activities, regulatory reporting, and the development and supervision of controlling functions.

She continued her career at Credigen Bank, where she started as Chief Accountant in 2001 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Between 2010 and 2014, she served as Chief Executive Officer of the financial institution and later as Managing Director until January 2016. In January 2016, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Budapest Bank Zrt., where she was responsible for managing the finance, accounting, taxation, regulatory reporting, procurement, controlling, and planning functions, as well as the bank’s ALM activities. From November 2021 to April 2022, she worked at Magyar Bankholding Zrt. as Managing Director for Strategy and Controlling, where she was responsible for managing analysis and controlling operations and coordinating the group’s strategic and financial planning processes.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Largus Holding Zrt., a Swiss-owned company.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the group’s financial and accounting operations. She speaks English and German.
