Statement by Delta Technologies Plc. on the news on the development of the National Registry for the Handicapped

Published: April 16, 2021

Following the news published in recent days that Delta Technologies Plc. Delta Systems Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Technologies Technologies Ltd, would participate in the implementation of the GINOP-2.2.1.-18-2020-00029 project „Development of an artificial intelligence-based automated decision support diagnostic platform for spinal fracture and the National Registry of Spinal Cord Injuries (GENERE)”, are inaccurate.

In reality, Delta Systems Ltd. announced its intention to withdraw from the consortium before the signing of the grant agreement, in the autumn of 2020, to the consortium leader Neumann Medical Ltd., which was confirmed in writing in March this year in a letter of withdrawal and a member exchange declaration. Only the consortium leader can formally notify the Managing Authority of the change of member, but this has not been done so far for administrative reasons outside the control of Delta Systems Ltd. The company does not plan to participate in the project in the future.
