This opens the way for the admission of these ordinary shares to trading on a regulated market operated by the BSE.
As stated at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 September 2021, Delta Technologies is committed to the early listing of the ordinary shares issued in the context of the capital increases decided on 22 May 2019 and 9 December 2019. In this spirit, the shareholders unanimously approved the steps to be taken for its listing and the action plan including the expected timing thereof.
In accordance with the steps outlined in the action plan, the MNB has approved the publication of the Prospectus for the listing of 156,184,352 dematerialised Series A ordinary shares with a nominal value of HUF 0.78 each, with ISIN HU0000170170, issued and placed in private placement by the Issuer on 22 May 2019, in the context of the capital increase decided on 22 May 2019, with all rights identical to those of the ordinary shares issued previously, on the regulated market operated by the BSE.
The decision is an important milestone for our company, as it brings the legal issues of the past year and a half to an end and allows us to focus on trade again, which is what we do best as one of the largest IT trading companies.
