Delta Technologies Plc. has been given a new share identifier, which means that the share price of the company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) can be tracked under the ticker symbol „DELTA” from today. Another important step in the life of the company is the fact that KELER Zrt. has acquired the shares, making Deltagroup Holding Zrt. the major shareholder of the listed company.
With effect from 27 March, the ticker name of Delta Technologies Plc. was changed from „ESTMEDIA” to „DELTA” on the Budapest Stock Exchange, in line with the changes to the name, registered office and board members of the listed company, which were registered by the Budapest City Court at the beginning of March. The ticker code or name, which is a unique identifier typically consisting of letters and/or numbers used in the share register of a given stock exchange, is used to help investors find their way around.
Also today, on 27 March 2020, KELER Zrt. has acquired the 125 million shares with which Deltagroup Holding Zrt. became the majority shareholder of Delta Technologies Nyrt., formerly known as Est Media Nyrt. The share capital increase was part of the transaction by which the Hungarian IT holding company Delta Group became a major shareholder of Est Media, now Delta Technologies Nyrt., listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, and by which the listed company acquired Delta Systems Kft., a systems integration subsidiary of Delta Group.

Delta Group is investing heavily in further strengthening its presence in the capital markets and we want to do our part in the accelerated corporate digitalisation process,” said Zsolt Bártfai, owner and member of the management team.
A further important change in the life of Delta Technologies Plc. is the change of the Investor Relations Officer of the listed company: from 27 March Péter Kövesdi, the Controlling Director of the Delta Group.
