An Extraordinary General Meeting of Delta Technologies Plc took place on 29 July. At the event, important personnel changes were decided. The proposed resolutions were approved by the General Meeting, and as of today the listed company new board memberyes:
Gergely Bodzási, Attila Németh and Norbert Szűcs is.

The new members Dr Viktor Füzi, Ferenc Berki, Dr György Suha and Péter Kövesdi.
In addition to the new professionals joining, the following will remain members of the Board Zsolt Bártfai, Zoltán Csontos and Levente Pércsi, owners and management of the Delta Group.
Following the General Assembly, the first meeting of the new Board of Directors took place, where the members elected the new Board new president Zoltán Csontos.
The new management board of the company aims to build on the most innovative areas of the group's activities and expand its current portfolio to maintain its position as a leading systems integrator.
