The Budapest City Court has registered the changes regarding the new name, registered office and board members of Est Media Plc, as a result of which the company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange will officially continue its operations under the name Delta Technologies Plc. as of today. With the court registration, the four owner-managers of Delta Group will officially join the company's board of directors and the company's headquarters will be moved to the headquarters of Delta Group at Róbert Károly körút.
The Budapest Metropolitan Court today registered the change of name, registered office and board members of Est Media Plc., according to which the listed company will officially continue its activities under the name Delta Technologies Plc. The registration also relates to the changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors, which now officially includes the four owner-managers of the Delta Group, Zsolt Bártfai, Zoltán Csontos, István Hartmann and Levente Pércsi. Today's registration also brings into effect the transfer of the company's headquarters from Várkert rakpart to the headquarters of Delta Group at 70-74 Róbert Károly körút.
Delta Group and Est Media Nyrt. announced on 30 July 2019 that the listed company will acquire 100% of Delta Systems Kft. from Delta Group's holding company, Deltagroup Holding Zrt., which will become the listed company's main shareholder. The changes, which were registered today by the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, were decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Est Media Plc. held on 1 October 2019.
The changes that take effect today mark a new era in the life of Delta Technologies. To further strengthen its already dominant position in the IT market, the company plans to make acquisitions that fit into its portfolio, as well as to expand its own range of products and services and further increase its financial results.
The changes will also affect the listing of Delta Technologies, whose share identifier on the Budapest Stock Exchange will be changed from „ESTMEDIA” to „DELTA”.
