Delta Technologies Plc. has introduced an interest-bearing series of shares on the BSE Xtend, the mid-cap market of the Budapest Stock Exchange - the launch of the share format, which is considered unusual on the domestic capital market, was marked by a ceremonial bell ringing at the BSE.
Within the framework of the listing, 2,400 interest-bearing shares of the company with a nominal value of HUF 10,000 each were registered on the Xtend MTF market. With the listing of the share package, Delta Technologies is now also present on BSE's Xtend market in addition to the Standard category of the regulated market. The launch bell was attended by István Máté Tóth, Deputy CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange, and Gergely Bodzási, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Delta Technologies, among others.
