He earned his MSc degree in Economics from the Marx Károly University of Economics in 1985. He pursued further studies at the College of Petroleum Studies in Oxford and at the International Training Centre for Bankers.
He has over 30 years of experience in the capital markets, having served as Director of Risk Management at KELER, CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange, and as an executive at several brokerage and investment firms, including Confides (the predecessor of Equilor), KBC Securities, and Random Capital.
Since the launch of the BSE Xtend market, he has been active as a market expert, contributing to listings such as Kajahu/Cyberg, DM-KER, Gloster, and Épduferr, and supporting Megakrán as a designated advisor.
He is currently involved in several Xtend listing and capital raising projects and has participated in organizing and executing capital increases totaling nearly HUF 4 billion.
Public and Professional Engagements
He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Junior Achievement and a founding member of the Budapest Olympic Movement (BOM) as well as the Self-Care Foundation.
